Fishing: The River Suir is just minutes away and is   one of the finest wild brown trout rivers in the south      of Ireland. The local Angling Club have 8 Fishing beats available to suit  all anglers .

Hill Walking:  Cahir is centrally located for walking if its the way marked walks or the open mountain.   ..   The Galtee Mountains  (On our doorstep  ) ,  the Knockmealdown Mountains  (VEE ),   & THE Comeragh Mountains.  all close by.

.Racing/Equestrian: The Town of Cahir has two fine equestrian centres and racing fans are also catered for with Clonmel Racecourse  (10mins)  and  Tipperary Racecourse      (25 mins) away.
